In developing with our clients the most effective strategy to fulfill their SV requirements we will identify potential opportunities for SV by:
· Desk research of the relevant area.
· Developing an understanding of local history/context of project.
· Engaging with the local community to identify current ‘shortfalls’; What is missing? What might be needed?
· Reviewing current commissioning body priorities.
· Involving community groups (Round Table, Business Groups etc.) to assess their priorities.
We will work with you to ensure that the ideas generated fit with your core values
In delivering the SV element of your contract, Sokalis will agree with you the most effective way in which our partnership will work. We do not rely on any ‘off-the-shelf’ solution – we will tailor our approach to meet your individual needs. Here we can:
· Assume responsibility for all aspects of the overall project plan, acting as an enabler for its delivery.
· Work with your key stakeholders to provide advice, guidance and resource as required on those elements where you feel we can add most value.
· Take a ‘light-touch’ consultative approach.
Key to any SV project is the ability to monitor progress and be able to evidence delivery throughout. Here we will:
· Initially work with you to Agree key delivery targets.
· Develop the methodology by which we will measure progress against contract targets.
· Provide regular updates and actions to be taken to ensure delivery.
Throughout the delivery of our SV projects, Sokalis will meet regularly with you and the commissioning body to review progress and make changes as required.
